Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our Asia-based warehouse.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with international logistics partners such as 4PX, Cainiao, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States / Canada: 10–20 business days

  • United Kingdom / Major European countries: 12–22 business days

  • Other regions: 15–25 business days

  • Express Shipping (optional): 5–10 business days

Note: Customs clearance, flight availability, and peak seasons may cause delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $40

  • Standard Shipping: $5–12 (calculated by region or weight)

  • Express Shipping (optional): $20–35

Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur additional customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. If a package is returned due to refusal of payment, we will issue a refund after deducting round-trip shipping costs and related fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can check the shipping status at any time.

  • Some orders may be split into multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.
